Note: The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, bad weather and international couriers.
How long will it take to receive my tracking number?
Your order is typically processed within 1-4 business days. Once shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email immediately.
Do I need to pay any taxes or duties?
No. We have already paid all taxes and duties for you. The price you see is the final price.
Return Policy
What Is Your Return Policy?
If there is something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order. We will be happy to review your case and if it is approved, we will send a replacement.
Please do not return anything before we review your case. Our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions. EMOTOPOGRAPHY reserves the right to deny any return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
How do I start a return or request an exchange?
Email care@emotopography.com with your order number, photos of the item (if damaged) and a short description. We’ll reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization.
What about repairs?
We offer complimentary repairs for manufacturing issues within 30 days of delivery. For wear-and-tear or accidental damage, we provide paid repair services — contact support for an estimate and return instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

1. Customs and Duties
We are committed to transparent pricing. Whether you choose Inner Order Standard or Premium Express Axis, your order will be shipped via DDP (Delivery Duty Paid).
This means:
- Duties are included in the price. The price you pay at checkout includes all applicable import duties and VAT.
- No additional charges. You will not need to pay any extra fees to the courier upon delivery.
2. Tracking and Communication
All orders come with full tracking service. Once your package is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the real-time location of your package at any time.
🛡️ Dealing with the Unexpected
Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, international shipping can sometimes be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, local holidays, or extreme weather. We are not responsible for delays beyond the estimated timeframe, but we will do everything we can to help you track your package.
