Are your pieces made from natural stones?
All stones used in EMOTOPOGRAPHY are natural and individually selected. Variations in color, texture and markings are part of their character — every piece is one-of-a-kind.We curate Earth's natural treasures, formed over billions of years in specific energy vortexes. Only 3 kg of crystal cores from every 100 kg of raw ore qualify as true energy vessels. Crystal veins develop unique lattice structures where energy vortexes converge. Only 2.3% of global deposits meet our "consciousness-level" density standards. Each crystal undergoes NIR spectral analysis to verify intact mineral memory chains.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photos?
Natural materials vary. Lighting, photography and screen settings also affect appearance.

How Do I Cancel An Order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
Product Care — Cleaning, Wearing & Storage
How Do I Cancel An Order?
Use a soft lint-free cloth. Mild soap and lukewarm water are fine for deeper cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners.
Can I wear it in the shower or during exercise?
Not recommended. Water, chemicals and sweat may shorten the lifespan of stones and metal finishes.
How should I store it?
Store pieces separately in the pouch or box provided, in a cool, dry place.
